Kettle Corn!! Yay!

Ingredients:

Popping Corn
2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
salt

put the olive oil into a sturdy pan (make sure it has a lid!), and turn up heat to high. Pour in a layer of pop corn 1 kernal thick, covering the bottom of the pan. Get the sugar ready, then cover and wait.

Once you hear the first couple of pops, quickly pour in the suger, and mix it around well with a wooden spoon. Shake the pan to level out the corn again, and wait.

As the popping gets more intense, keep shaking the pan, making sure to keep it on the heat. Once the popping stops, pull it of and empty the contents into a large bowl (it will be hot!)

Add salt to taste, mix well, and consume.
